When did this happen?

He's getting charged with 12 counts including assault, robbery and kidnapping and if convicted of all counts he could get life in prison. ESPN anchor, Josh Elliot made sure to note that it is an "all white jury"... 9 women and 3 men.

Opening statements start this morning and the trial is expected to last 4-6 weeks.

OJ should take the stand and demand the case be thrown out so he can get back to looking for the real killers on all the golf courses in south Florida

I vaguely remember hearing something about it, but I don't watch the news. You think I'd hear more about it on ESPN... maybe I just forgot. Oh well.
