Dr. Kent Gilbreath, professor of Economics at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, held an impromptu seminar Sept. 19 at the Hankamer School of Business. "The current financial crisis in the U.S. (and global economies) is potentially the greatest economic challenge our nation has faced since the 1930's," said Gilbreath."It is a crisis whose roots are deep and a crisis that has been unfolding over the past several years.Its full impact is not yet known and things will get worse, perhaps much worse, before they get better."
