15-minute rule?

My sister was trying to log in for me to post the pic of Casey's Saturday afternoon. She was not using the correct password and locked my account out. I did get the email, but she mentioned to me that even after 25 minutes she still got the 15 minute message. I was able to get logged in Sunday afternoon, but I figured I would mention that there MAY be a problem with the 15 minute lockout.
