Is there any franchise in the NFL that is more dysfunctional? Fired Kiffin yesterday and if you hear the PC before Davis goes on to speak you can hear him ask who "Cable" is...Tom Cable has only been on their staff for 5 years or so.

This is their 5th HC since 2002.

It is bordering on insane just how bad that franchise is.

Would you say Baylor (1995-2007) bad?

They might be worse, Atex. In the NFL you can buy your way out of garbage and they havent even manged to do that.

Wait... didn't OU do that in 1998 as well?

Dumb move. Who's going to want to take that job?

They will find someone but if you listen to the "talking heads" they keep saying that it is "Al's team"...which is a nice way to say that Al makes ALL the decisions and the HC is nothing more than a figure head.

Im actually shocked that the sports guys are on Davis's side. The guy is a nut ball and the only kind of coach he can get is one who is willing to do whatever Al wants, it is a disaster.

How much is he paying? HCB is looking for a job, and I've heard he will stand on his head if the money is right.

Kevin Steele, Dirty Dave, and GuyMo are all currently on the market.

His handling of the Kiffin situation is further proof that he's losing it and should become a figurehead and let someone else who's competent do the heavy lifting.

I'm not going to complain though. The Raiders give us two wins each year.

Chip, no I doubt they will find someone worthwhile this offseason. No one wants to work for a nut, nevermind a nut who has control issues.

And I'm sure HCB will let Al make all of the decisions.

Why you bringing BearChick into this? ;)LMAO

The NFL needs to rip that franchise out of Davis' gnarled, spotted hand like Major League Baseball did that Nazi that used to own the Reds who let her dogs crap on the infield.

Marge Schott. Now there is a name most would like to forget.

Not quite sure I'd call her a nazi, but she was pretty much like everyone's crazy aunt/uncle/grandparent/great-grandparent that grew up in a different time with different ideals and different verbage.

Great that you let Mrs. OC train her.

I hear the NFL dreads that Al will die one day. The ownership and shares is supposed to be a mess.

That is one dysfunctional organization. Sapp's right. Davis needs to go before they'll be able to do anything.

He did build the Autobahn. One good idea.
