I am excited to see this hire, considering how excited he is to be here. He mentioned to me how much he enjoys working with the kids as they transition to college, and it is a great opportunity for him to reach out.

Great to hear. I've had the pleasure of meeting him as well and get a sense that he is a high energy guy who will handle these young men very well and relate to them. Relating to these guys is much more important than you may know and is one of the secrets of great recruiting. This is more than lip service. It takes someone special to understand where these guys come from and how thing effect them. Dwon is a great hire along those lines.
