You can try to take Baylor (or almost any college team) to a NCAA national basketball championship at http://www.bethecoachbasketball.com It's a pretty cool simulation game - a great timewaster.

Unfortunately you can't play as Paul Quinn. ;)

The first year or two, you are almost always going to be bad unless you get lucky and are left with a loaded program. Try to recruit a couple highly rated freshmen each season and keep your fingers crossed for some decent walk-ons.

Went to the sweet sixteen my second year and got a 2 year contract extension!

This is bull****... in my 19 years at Baylor I had:

7 Conference Championships
12 NCAA Tourney Appearances
4 Sweet 16 Appearances
2 Elite 8 Appearances and
1 Final Four Appearance

And now they want to go in a new direction???

well i didn't figure it out till I was consistently winning conference championships and then getting busted in the first or second round. So not too many times.
