Baylor senior forward/post Rachel Allison was named Phillips 66 Big 12 Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday. The 6-1 Jonesboro, Ark., native was honored for the second time in her career. Texas A&M's Tyra White was named the league's Freshman of the Week.
