Rachel Allison scored 16 points and pulled down 14 rebounds, leading 10th-ranked Baylor to an 83-58 win over Rice. Allison had her second double-double of the season by halftime, with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Melissa Jones added 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Lady Bears.
