I'm out tonight. Dang.

Now I know why only a few of you have "full time" girls.
They can be a pain sometimes.

I cannot express the disappointment I have at this moment.

I was somehow under the impression that of all the men on this board, Donnie was in first place under the category, "scene control."

:ohmy:I did control the Scene. I said "Yes Dear".

I just keep thinking back on something my Daddy taught me about the side of the bread that's buttered. :)

The slick side! ;)And the Good Side!!!

She told me she understood that the beginning of March was for Baseball, but until her yard looked like the Ballpark, I needed to work on it.:( THIS is why I had a Yard Boy all those years.

I had some kid knock my door yesterday and ask if I wanted my yard mowed.

I haven't mowed my front yard since I moved into this house. Now, it hasn't grown a lot, but I didn't rake leaves either---it was a mess.

My front yard is small. As in, probably 20x30, or something like that, and it has a sidewalk going down the middle of it.

I asked him how much. He said $20. I just looked at him and said, "you sure?" He agreed.

60 minutes later, he knocks on the door and I hand him 20 bucks. I told him I didn't have any more to give him, but if he'd come back in 2 weeks and do it again, I'd give him extra.

Felt sorry for the poor kid, but I gave him an out. That was the one time that it was worth $20 to pay someone to do my yard, and he did a bang-up job.

Anyways....Donnie, you better be there tomorrow.

Very nice win tonight. On a night where the wind was blowing out our pitchers only gave up 3 earned runs and did a really good job. Aaron Miller went yard on a ball that clearly landed in the river. He drove that ball hard and it flew over the POD deck by 20-30 feet. Great drive.

I'll take 14-4 any day.
