I will again make my point that the Olympics are amateur competitions and have no place in the professional sports forum...

I love the Olympics. Even right now I am watching a replay of the US men's volleyball team as they win the gold over Brazil. The closing ceremony wasn't as good as the opening but I thought it was pretty impressive. It is inordinately difficult to pull off a show like that. All of the choreography, scheduling, design, music, security etc makes that a really impressive accomplishment for China.



Edit-> Man...watching the US win teh mens volleyball gold was something else. The McCutcheon family strength is pretty inspirational. I had tears in my eyes seeing Coach McC win that gold.
