Time on 24hr clock?

I'm probably just missing some really simple setting, but the life of me I can't figure out how to get the post times to display on a normal(for American civilians at least) 12hr clock.

To set your clock you go to:

UserCP--> Change Options --> scroll down and set your time zone.

Sorry, but the 12 hour clock is not active as an option right now. It is defaulted to the 24 hour clock.

Actually I changed the clock default the other day to a 12 hour format and it made no difference.

Did you choose the "AM / PM Time Format..." option or was there a different option? I know that vbulletin has some variable options and there are some known conflicts that will default a setting when they occur.
